Absolute total electron capture cross sections by C3+ from H(D). All uncertainties are estimated at the 90% confidence level. The total uncertainty represents the quadrature sum of the relative and absolute uncertainties. Measurements at 2.7 eV/u, 14.8 eV/u, and 312 eV/u were performed with 13C. Reference: C. C. Havener, A.
