Accommodations

The deadline for hotel reservations is March 1, 2002. It will very greatly help the local committee if you make your reservations as early as possible.

All principal conference activities (lectures, posters, meals, etc.) will be held at the conference hotel, The Park Vista Resort Hotel, which is located near the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, isolated on a hill with wonderful views of the surrounding park and of Gatlinburg. A special conference rate of $70.00 (plus tax) for single or double occupancy will be available during the week of April 22-27, 2002.

DO NOT use the Park Vista on-line reservation form, as it is experiencing problems and is not a reliable means for making your reservation.

You must include credit card information with your reservation: type of card, number, expiration date, and name as it appears on card.

Include your arrival/departure dates, space requirements, and preferences when making your reservation. If making reservations by phone, remember to mention "APiP" or "ICAMDATA" to get the conference rate.
